George & I think the timing rules applied last year, but that nobody seemed to enforce them.
My fear is they apply them at the entrance gates this year.
If they do, this will probably kill car club entries for people travelling hundreds of miles. I would just go in my Focus, or probably not go at all

Yes, Jerry's car is a group 1 saloon, amongst Sierra Cosworths, GA engined Cologne Capris, and Nissan Skylines.
Just ended, Jerry finished 23rd O/All out of 42 starters... so a really great result
Just FYI - it was fine moving cars around during the event. I arrived Friday Lunch and left Sunday afternoon - all very relaxed
