Hi Steve,
8EPF is an original car. It's on the front of the Brooklands 'LANCIA STRATOS 1972-1985' book, and in the 'Encyclopedia of SuperCars No 39'
The other car has Fiat 127 Sport door mirrors, but the wiper is parked on the right. So I'm not sure. The roof wing looks curved.
Some more photos from the same day on Jim's PH thread

Photos from 1983 apparently, so that rules out either of them being replicas, on the spot.
Many thanks Chris. I wish I'd taken more photos but I'd have been 18 at the time and roll film was expensive on my apprentice wages!!

This is a bit of a long shot, but the only car I can original UK based car I can think of, fitted with Fiat 127 Sport door mirrors, was Alex Moore's car.
That car was developed a lot, so it may have been a red Stradale at one point? It ended up with special big valve 24v heads, competition gearbox and round arched in lime green.
I had a look for any other info, but all I found was this faux pas, claiming that OE Stratos were fitted with Beta struts. As well as these times from a Lancia Stratos class at a Harewood Hillclimb meeting in May 1985. 'Some car sharing for certain, but you'd never see anything like that these days?
5 individual cars with two of them shared, by the looks.

It's a long time ago now but I think the red car belonged to Christian Mineef. I think he lived at Swettenham near Jodrell Bank, as it could be seen parked on a driveway there at times. It was a popular subject of conversation at Knutsford and ERO club nights.
You mean the 8EPF car John?
'Just read this in CCC Jan. 1987:
"While Christian Mineef (spelled 'Mineff in CCC) hillclimbs his competition Stratos at the moment, -yes, he owns a road version too-"
Here is a photo of the Christian Mineef group 4 car at Harewood

Yes, I did hear he had 2 at the time. They were great value for money at the time!
I seem to remember that Alex Moore was from the Manchester area too. I remember, years ago, going to see an early Transformer for sale only to find it belonged to Alex Moores daughter. Justine I think?
