Jim, I reckon they have listed your car as a 'normal' 2021 vehicle (or whatever year it was IVAed) which is ?195. Anything registered after 2017 is ?195 once the ridiculous 'expensive' car tax lapses. Which doesn't apply to IVA cars.

I wrote a strongly worded letter of complaint to DVLA this afternoon emphasizing how unfair it was that I was paying less than others and that surely they should be maximising their income to fix the numerous potholes in the roads. Unfortunately stamps have gone up in price since I last sent a letter and I don?t have any contacts at the Post Office so unfortunately it will have to remain on my writing desk for the foreseeable future. Thems the breaks
