    building a Lister Bell

After 4 years of patiently waiting for a build spot at LB Cars my chassis is in production. Will be using the Toyota 2GR-FE V6 for power plant. i have yet to source a transmission. Looks like that part will be hard to do here in the US as there are not a lot of crashed Evoras getting parted out.

Welcome and good luck. Is it a Toyota gearbox on the Evoras?

Yes it is, and V6 Exige. Toyota Camry too I think, but I'm no expert.
Oh, it says manual Camrys are rare, which figures.

This is currently on the auction site, I have no connection to the seller.
The EA60 box was used in a couple of Toyota diesels including the Auris but Lotus upgraded later models with a LSD and closer ratios.

You would also need an aluminium adaptor plate which is about 30mm thick, starter motor which you can get from WASP and a number of fine thread bolts to mate it all together.

Could you maybe have it shipped with the kit?

What you want and is actually about 45lbs lighter than the E60 box
( has 2 r&ps internally) is either the E350 or E351 5-speed from TC's Camrys, Avalons from the mid 2000s. They shift really well and will take over 400hp with a Quaife LSD. You can find them in junk yards. They were in the 2.4L 2005-8 cars w manual trans. The MR2 guys have been using these and the E54 (not as good as the 350/351) for years. There's not any good reason to use the 60 box.
