You may have to persuade the seller to ship it to the UK or to someone you know in the EU who can ship it onwards?

No throttle body and the shape of the inlet looks different to the 12v I'm familiar with. Others will comment on its uyshape compared to the 24v one I'm sure.

I was thinking that it might be easier to get a machine shop to mill the Alfa branding off the top to get a flat surface and then bond some metal LANCIA letters on.
Not as nice as a proper swap IMHO, but may be easier

It takes that same type of TB that Rob Sanderson's Kappa 24v had.

The thing is, the part with the LANCIA lettering looks like a separate part, (even though it isn't). So why not have some plates CNC'd to look the same, then bond them to Alfa plenums?

Good idea, but that does not officially count as "regalia"
