Gents there are also the Lancia Thema components, which results in the following arrangement; You will note that the Thema plenum is shaped to accommodate the dual flap throttle body (something I originally missed, and necessitated re-purposing of the original 164 plenum!!)

    John. Looks great.
    So it looks like?
The Lancia plate can be unscrewed from the valve cover
You machined the plenum and somehow got HF logo on (how?)

I eventually ended up with this arrangement, the Abarth HF badge came from ebay, and the Stratos badge was laser cut. Lancia STRATOS KEYRING HF RALLY RX 3.0 | eBay UK
I think I still have the original 3.0 V6 LS plenum in my boxes of spares

Steve, yes, the Lancia Plate can be unscrewed from the valve cover.
The Thema (& Thesis) collection is in five parts, the two valve covers, the ignition lead cover, and the decorative strip (yellow on my car)
    There is a chap on ebay Germany that has three of the parts;
    Ventildeckel Zyl. 4-6 Valve Cover Lancia Thema 3.0 V6 126 kw 60564956 | eBay.de
    Ventildeckel Zyl. 1-3 Valve Cover Lancia Thema 3.0 V6 126 kw 1993 60572921 | eBay.de
    Abdeckung Leiste Ventildeckel Valve Cover Lancia Thema 3.0 V6 126 kw 1993 | eBay.de
He is the chap I got mine from,
the fifth is the HT Lead support tray F?hrung Z?ndkabel Support Spark Wires Lancia Thema 3.0 V6 60564957 | eBay.de
there is also this plenum on ebay Germany that could be used as a basis
    N V stutz ansaugkr?mmer v. f?r ALFA ROMEO 164 (164 ) 2.0 V6 TURBO 1987 -1998 | eBay.de
    or this one
    ALFA ROMEO 916 GTV Spider ORIGINAL Ansaugkr?mmer 3.0V6 12V 60591769 | eBay.de
My plenums were milled, the first (24v) just to relieve the space for the HF badge, and the second (12v) to allow for the HF Badge, and the laser cut Stratos font.
Both badges were then epoxy glued into position, with appropriate high temperature stuff, and have never given any indication of moving since.
Hope this helps, if you need any more info, let me know

Re: Lancia Busso engine Plennum Cover wanted

I managed to get hold of a Thesis plenum, and then just machined off the Alfa Romeo off the over cover and then machined in V6 24V (enough thickness to remove the original writing and then machine in the v6 24v, after all it is just a cover), then just powder coated. It would be equally possible to keep the alfa plenum with V6 24V on it and then machine in whatever you wanted on the other cover. Click image for larger version.

Thanks for the info, mine is GTA 24V and the Plenum chamber looks quite different. Who did the machining of the coil pack cover for you? Click image for larger version.

I machined it myself, although took a few days as the cutter used had to be small dia to get the detail on lettering and numbers!

Not the plenum but the other cover (for the Kappa version) is available here ▷ No. 60595591 Valve Cover . I have used Bontoplaza before but had to arrange EU shipping address as they wont ship to UK now. No connection.

    That looks really good Euros.
No badging on the oil filler and OE clips on the intakes too.
