That's a great looking paint scheme and really suits the car, well done.

I have just found Niki's Facebook page for Paramount refinishing - there are about 280 photos there of the painting in progress from start to finish...

The stickers just finish it off nicely, it was a bit bare without them - Niki has made a good job of applying them as well - top quality job all round.

I diddnt ask for them to be laqured over, so I assume not.

As I havent seen the car yet, Mick would be the one to answer that question....

    That looks sensational Neil.
    The finish is superb.
Did Paramount do the prep, sanding, filling, undercoat etc.?

The wheels really suit it too!
I like the fuel filler location too....

    ...damn...do you wanna swop !

Yay got my first post in!!!

    Hi Ginger,

Yes paramount did all the work from original paintwork through to new livery.
No the decals aren't laquered over for several reasons. Practicality more than anything else. If the car sustains any damage, no matter how minor, then the decals can be replaced without the need to repaint/relaquer. And to be honest, the vinyl that Sando uses is very fine and doesn't really produce any visible step in the surface.

    Re: Turbonutter's car update

    Sorry No swaps

The car had been previously painted, but with modifications to the body work & new spoilers-
    Paramount did all the work.
Filling around where i had altered the bodywork, filling the unused holes, a full body prep, primer, stone chip, topcoat, and applied the Decals.
The decals were done by Sando.
They even matched the yellow to be the same as the Decals.

You can see what they did on their facebook page..
