Next time we meet Craig...... Please call me a twat......I fitted the 1" master cylinder and even Schwarzenegger would struggle to push it !!.... I will go shopping for a 7/8" .......

i need a lesson in clutch ratios and lever distances...

Reading back the earlier posts, the problem was lack of travel, so 7/8" would be the way to go, 1" is a bigger piston, so will reduce the travel...... think you may have your calculator upside down
