Gotta be done need to loose weight,not just to fit in the LB but also to fit in me bike gear if I want to start using it again.Target is 23rd June when I'm going to the ABR Festival at Ragley Hall....................................

Anyone else done Jane Plan? Those pics are my second month supply lost 10.5LB so far and am quite pleased,odd thing is I am actually eating more now than I was but is forcing me to eat more regular to get it all in so better for my Diabetes too.

You could do what I’ve just done this weekend, pick up some sort of gastro bug. Bang, two kilo’s gone just like that! And all you have to do is sit around all weekend with your pants down.

If only it were that easy.
I came out of hospital after my Bypass op and never lost any weight,in fact i put it on!Never loose weight when I'm ill :(
