You could do what I’ve just done this weekend, pick up some sort of gastro bug. Bang, two kilo’s gone just like that! And all you have to do is sit around all weekend with your pants down.

I came out of hospital after my Bypass op and never lost any weight,in fact i put it on!Never loose weight when I'm ill
