Ha Worried of Eastbourn
Glad to see you are still about, I had thoughts you may have had something to do with that fire down your way, considering your mental state when you left Silverstone.
As per your "safari car" I am unable to comment as I believe you had a consultation with Dr Excuse, and his diagnosis was that it was your fault !.
And as a professional I am afraid I have "No Comment"

Worried of Eastbourne,
My I offer this this educational link, www.youtube.com/watch?v=RNOmTsmABIc
However before undergoing any medical procedure you need to consult the professionals, but I understand in your case you have, and are seeking a 2nd and 3rd opinion for your condition.
Good luck.
Dear Ian,
Thank you for taking the time and effort to find such an educational video. The thought of approaching the springs with an Oxyacetylene torch was giving me cause for concern, even worry (I wasn't sure how I was going to sneak a set out of work without being noticed, those cylinders are rather big). However, having watched it now, I feel confident that I can solve my ride hight issues through the simple expediency of buying new springs the right length and rate. This is a complete revelation to myself having recently been left with the impression that I put it together incorrectly being the cause of the issue in the first place.
Relieved of Eastbourne.
Dear Relieved of Eastbourne,
I'm so glad that you found it enlightening and has given the strength to take the first step as we all have to and admit "You" were wrong. It is so often, hard to see past ones simple reasoning that it was the wrong item, when clearly it was the manor of inclusion into the main that was the true source of the problem.
You have made great strides in your recovery and now you understand your issues you will soon bounce back.
This knowledge will give you the resilience and flexibility to hop right back and press on with the next challenge, don't recoil at the thought of more issues, more of opportunities to test your metal.
