Certainly looks like mine. Intrigued to know what happened to the 'M' in Marlboro. All the decals were under a lacquer!!
Maybe a non smoker driver or for french laws against tobacco promotion on race!?
I have seen on old picture of Tour Auto with a Marlboro stratos written "Malbo"!!
for your car I believe the auctioner bought it for himself because he told me he had an agreement with the seller if the car wasn't sold at the reserve price ( 70000 € )
