if you want a genuine Fiat waffle manifold like the one in the pics, I've got one you can have...unmodified, great nick, been sitting in the garage since 1988 when I bought it for my Allora before realising the mounting angle was wrong for a Lancia, as Guy saidJust never got round to selling it!
