This history of this is what prompted the customer to head down the Alfa route. It is a tight fit however! I believe the original engine sat atop its gearbox a bit like a Mini and a Dino/308 so there was a decent amount of room in the engine bay. Trying to shoehorn an Alfa in there is a bit more interesting!!
