The Fiat 124 Spiders have them on the dash, multiple ones but you'll need to sand off the lettering and polish the surface afterwards. Original ones without any lettering are courtesy of very early Fiat 126.

The other years there were a fair number of these in the clubs hands. I can't believe that they've all gone. Carol will know the answer .. she knows everything.
