A little birdy phoned me last night to pass a message on from David J, reminding me to submit my meal choices. The Little Bird didn't tell me that he'd dressed up for the day so he could match his car... evidence pic included below. Personally I think he'd have suited blue tights...




Meal choices:

Friday
-Soup of the day, Chicken and Chorizo terrine
-Chicken Ballotine, Rump steak (medium)
-Crème brulee, cheese and biscuits


Saturday

-Prawn cocktail, soup of the day
-Rump steak (medium), Mediterranean veg and olive Strudel
-Dark chocolate and orange tart, sticky toffee pudding

Looking forward to this very much - hoping to be able to prise the Strat out of the workshop this week and make sure all's well - it's currently blocked in by a part built, gearbox-less Healey, so some shuffling around will be required!

Richard, you prob won't be able to get the Stratos out, due to all four tyres being slashed overnight....sharp beaks those birdies have ��

Please could everyone book into the reception on arrival after which you can drive your car round to the car park which is next to the Woodland Wing where all the rooms are booked.

Anyone requiring fuel, this is available by turning right out of the Hotel heading for Guisborough the garage is about a mile away. Go straight on at the two sets of traffic lights you pass Aldi and Sainsbury’s to your left. Look out for the Lidl supermarket sign. The petrol station is just before Lidl on the left.

Sorry for the late reply, just wanted to thank David and Pat once again for organising a fantastic weekend. Fantastic company, a cracking route and good weather to boot!
