Hi Ken - snap ! I've also just spoken to the Grosvenor folk and confirmed a booking of our usual plot (but he did mention that you had been in touch) . Apparently the site disruptions dont affect our usual corner location so we should be oK.

I'll send off the booking form if you are OK with that (if not PM me and I'll back off)

Cheers both! In that case, I'll assume a marquee can be arranged (I'll leave it to Ken and Pete - don't need a third person sticking their oar in) and I'll now update the AGM thread.
