I was determined to have an inertia belt facility on mine, and (without using an LB for reference) it looks like I've ended up choosing the same position for the upper anchor point.
The originals had them on the inside of the 'b' pillar (at 90 degrees to the rear bulkhead). 'Probably fixed, rather than inertia, I think.

II've tried to find a photograph of the interior of my car in it's first iteration as a RHD Stradale but the album doesn't show the upper mounting for the fixed seat belts I fitted that looked similar to the original cars. I have a feeling that there is another mounting point higher up than the shoulder ones but as the trim is stuck down I can't find it now, I think it was to the side of the rear window but it may also have been on the side. More digging when I next unearth the car - it's buried in Beta bits and cardboard boxes at the moment!
