Arbroath has a fantastic McDonalds with a large carpark and a decent selection of food at reasonable prices. Mainly burgers, but I guess you knew that. Surprisingly good coffee as well.

Local to me there is Silverstone museum which has event rooms and the actual museum is really worth a visit.
Also at Sywell Aerodrome in Northampton there is a small aircraft museum linked in with the art deco style Aviator Hotel which has some function rooms. Not car biased but interesting.
and they do bacon cobs and sausage rolls
